## Website operator

Kontimo Studio is the creative practice of Veysel Basdemir, not an incorporated company. Contact: info@kontimostudio.com. These terms address use of the website and do not replace a separately agreed production contract or any mandatory consumer rights.

## Enquiries and quotations

The website presents creative work and service information. It does not provide online checkout or take payment. Sending an enquiry or preparing an email does not book a project or form a production agreement. Scope, deliverables, fees, tax treatment, schedule, revision limits, cancellation and payment terms must be agreed separately in writing. Do not rely on a portfolio page as a personalised quotation.

## Creative and third-party rights

Site materials may include works belonging to the operator, clients and other rights holders, subject to their respective rights and licences. Viewing a portfolio does not grant commercial reuse, redistribution, model-training or endorsement rights. Statutory exceptions and permissions granted by the relevant rights holder remain unaffected. No ownership claim is made over third-party trademarks or over AI output where applicable law does not confer exclusive rights.

## AI-assisted and concept work

Some work uses generative tools. Independent concept studies are labelled as such and should not be read as client commissions or endorsements. Examples do not guarantee an identical future result, exclusivity, commercial performance or availability of every third-party right. Client work needs separate review of source material, likeness, music, stock and usage permissions before release.

## Your submissions and acceptable use

Share only information and materials you are authorised to provide for discussing the request. An enquiry does not grant us permission to publish your confidential material or use it for an unrelated campaign. Do not send unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site's operation or falsely represent a relationship with the studio. External websites and services are governed by their own terms.

## Accuracy, liability and mandatory rights

We may update or correct site information and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Content is general service information rather than legal, financial or other professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer/data-protection rights, or imposes an exclusive court that overrides those rights. A specific production agreement should address applicable law, dispute resolution and project liabilities.
