Write to info@kontimostudio.com, identifying the website interaction, approximate date and what you want us to do. Use the email address involved where possible. Requests do not require a paid account or a project purchase. We may request only proportionate information to verify identity. Do not attach an identity document or unrelated sensitive information unless specifically needed through an appropriate channel.
Rights under Turkish law
Law No. 6698 provides information, correction and conditional deletion/destruction rights, information on recipients, notification of corrections/deletion to recipients, objection to adverse exclusively automated analysis, and compensation for unlawful processing. Requests are assessed under the law's conditions; deleting data is not always possible when a legal retention duty applies. A response explains any applicable limits.
Where GDPR applies
An English website alone does not establish GDPR's territorial scope. Where GDPR applies to our processing, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and objection, including an unconditional objection to direct marketing. You can withdraw consent for future processing without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. We do not use this website to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you solely by automated means.
Response periods
For a request under Law No. 6698, the period is at most 30 days. Under GDPR it is normally one month; where lawfully extended for complexity or number of requests, you are informed within the first month of the reasons. These rights are generally free, subject to narrowly applicable legal exceptions.
Complaints
In Türkiye, first apply to the controller. A complaint to the Personal Data Protection Board may be available within 30 days of learning the response and in any event within 60 days of the application, under the applicable conditions. Where GDPR applies, you can complain to a competent supervisory authority, including where you habitually reside, work or where an alleged infringement occurred. Judicial remedies remain available.
Cookie withdrawal and existing data
Cookie preferences controls optional measurement on this browser. Rejecting prevents future loading and triggers removal of accessible Google Analytics cookies when relevant. It is not a request to erase all historical provider data. To make that request, write to info@kontimostudio.com; provider-held data, backups and legal retention duties must be considered separately.
Current analytics status
Optional Google and Vercel analytics is disabled. This does not stop necessary hosting/security processing or automatically delete earlier provider records.
