Who is responsible
Kontimo Studio is the creative practice operated by Veysel Basdemir, a natural person in Türkiye. It is not presented as an incorporated company. For privacy enquiries, contact info@kontimostudio.com. This notice concerns kontimostudio.com; a commissioned project may require a separate agreement and additional notice.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional brand/company, project type and message. At present it prepares an email in your mail application or copies a draft at your request. It does not submit the message to a website database. We receive it when you send the email. Your chosen email or clipboard service may process the draft under its own terms. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal data or information about others that you are not entitled to share.
Website delivery and optional measurement
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes connection and request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time to deliver and protect the website. This is distinct from optional audience measurement. The current status of optional analytics is displayed below. Rejecting measurement does not prevent access to the portfolio or contact options. The cookie policy describes the available preference controls.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use project enquiries to respond, discuss a possible engagement and, where relevant, take requested steps toward a contract. Necessary website delivery, security and defending legal claims are considered separately from optional analytics. Applicable grounds under Turkish law include the conditions in Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698, where their requirements are met. Where GDPR applies, the relevant grounds may be Article 6(1)(b) for requested contractual steps, Article 6(1)(f) for proportionate delivery/security and Article 6(1)(c) for legal duties. Optional analytics requires a separate affirmative choice; sending an enquiry is not marketing consent.
Providers and international processing
Vercel provides hosting; email providers handle messages you choose to send. Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics are the configured optional measurement providers. Providers may process information outside Türkiye, including in the United States or other countries. A cookie choice alone does not establish a lawful international-transfer mechanism. Optional analytics remains disabled while its transfer arrangements and retention settings are reviewed. Necessary hosting and email processing must also be assessed under applicable transfer rules. We do not claim that a specific transfer agreement has already been executed.
Retention and security
An enquiry is kept while it is needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement, and where a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a claim requires it. Provider log and backup schedules also affect deletion. This notice does not assert a verified fixed provider retention period. Access should be limited to the people who need it; no online system can promise absolute security. Privacy requests, including deletion requests, can be sent to info@kontimostudio.com. Earlier collected analytics is not automatically erased when collection is switched off.
Your choices and changes
See the separate Data rights page for access, correction, erasure, objection and complaint options, subject to the applicable law. You can revisit Cookie preferences at any time. We update this notice when the actual services or processing change and show the revision date. A material expansion of optional measurement requires an updated notice and a fresh choice.
Current analytics status
Optional Google and Vercel analytics is disabled. This does not stop necessary hosting/security processing or automatically delete earlier provider records.
