The controller is Veysel Basdemir, operating the Kontimo Studio creative practice. Contact: info@kontimostudio.com. This notice covers website visits and enquiries, rather than every future client-production activity.
Categories, method and purposes
Connection/request information is collected automatically through hosting to deliver and protect the site. Identity, contact, brand and project details are received when you choose to send an enquiry by email, for correspondence and possible project preparation. A draft prepared in your mail application is not a submission to our website server. Optional measurement has the separate cookie controls described in the Cookie policy.
Legal grounds
Where their conditions are satisfied, enquiry and contractual preparation may rely on Article 5(2)(c); proportionate website/security processing on Article 5(2)(f); and required records or defence of rights on Article 5(2)(ç) or (e). These grounds must match the actual processing and do not authorise unrelated reuse. Optional analytics uses an affirmative choice under Article 5(1) and stays off while the site's readiness review is incomplete. This notice itself is not a request for blanket consent.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting and email service providers process information for delivery, security or correspondence. Competent authorities or professional advisers may receive information where legally necessary for a duty or claim. International processing by providers requires a separate assessment under Article 9; a cookie acceptance does not replace that requirement. The Privacy policy describes the current providers and limits of the verification performed.
Your rights
Subject to Article 11, you can ask whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients in Türkiye or abroad, seek correction or deletion when the conditions apply, request notification of corrections/deletion to recipients, object to an adverse result arising exclusively from automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
Submitting a request
Contact info@kontimostudio.com with enough information to identify the relevant interaction and the right you wish to exercise. Do not send an identity-document copy by default. Proportionate identity verification or an applicable formal submission method may be needed. Requests under Law No. 6698 are addressed as soon as possible and within 30 days; fees may apply only where permitted by the relevant rules. The Data rights page explains complaint options.
Current analytics status
Optional Google and Vercel analytics is disabled. This does not stop necessary hosting/security processing or automatically delete earlier provider records.
